Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We are a couple who has been trying for years to have a baby. We have gone through IVF and even had an egg donor but have unfortunately not become pregnant. For this reason we are seeking a traditional surrogate so our dreams of parenthood can be brought to fruition.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a married couple who desire to become parents but are unable to do so without the help of a traditional surrogate. We would love to be involved in the pregnancy and delivery so we prefer to have a surrogate in the New England area.
