Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Experiencing a miscarriage two years ago and then losing twins in Jan *** at 21 weeks have been daunting.Medically diagnosed with an incompetent cervix has been challenging to accept but nonetheless “what doesn’t kill will only make one stronger”.With a little patience, a lot of luck and someone who has compassion and most importantly a big heart to help us fulfill our dreams of creating a family is the hope we have.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Adventurous, compassionate and cautiously optimistic.Married to my best friend/soul mate, filial daughter and sister.A dog mom in hopes to expand the family with little humans.

Dear future surrogate, words can only express a fraction of the gratitude we have in our hearts for your kindness.You are truly doing a great thing, carrying our future child/children.It takes a very special person to do what you do as a surrogate.Our wish is to have an enduring relationship and hope that one day our child/children will learn that their precious lives were enabled by so many generous hearts.We have a home waiting to be filled with the love and joy a child will bring to us.Our families and friends are deeply supportive and rooting for us.We cannot wait to meet you!
