Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I was diagnosed in *** with premature ovarian failure, and was told that I can not get pregnant.I have always wanted to be a mommy and have a baby.We have looked into adoption and IVF and they are extremely expensive.I am just seeing what's out there as far as surrogacy.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a loving, goal orientated couple.We both work full time, and I go to college.We want a little bundle of joy to add to our family! My husband has two daughters from his previous marriage, ages 7 and 10.

To the potential surrogate, First, I'd like to thank you for doing such a selfless thing.I think that being a surrogate mother would be very difficult, and you are an amazing woman for considering giving the gift of a baby to another person.I hope you see my profile and decide that we are the couple that you would love to help.We would be with you every step of the way and help as much as possible!
