Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I would have loved to conceive naturally and known the joy of being pregnant, however, it never happened for me and then due to an Ovarian Cancer diagnosis in Dec *** it led to a full hysterectomy surgery in March *** did have 31 of my eggs frozen before surgery and when I get married will be in the process of fertilization to create our own embryos.Very scared I will not achieve the dream of being a mother because of the IVF/legal/surrogacy costs.
