Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

While we have the love and balance to care for a child I do not have the ability to carry one myself. After numerous miscarriages and health complications I had to have a hysterectomy, ending my dream of bearing a child.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a normal couple who found love late in life and would love to start our family with the help of a caring surrogate. I am 41 and my husband is 39 we are both established in our careers, I am retiring from the military and my husband did 15 years in the military and now owns his own business.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

We are looking for someone who is willing to share the whole experience with us. I would love if we could find someone that could form a friendship that makes this process smooth. We understand that you still have a life if you should choose to help us in our journey and will respect that as such. We would like someone who would be comfortable carrying twins as we are not sure we could go through this a second time. Thank you for your consideration.
