Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
We have been struggling to have a child together for several years. Nicholas is from a previous relationship and we would love to complete our family. Anna has lupus and adenomyosis which has made it very hard to have a successful family. We hope with the help of a surrogate, we are able to give Nicholas a sibling and grow our family.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
We love spending time together and going on vacations. We feel that vacations allow us to have quality time that we don’t get during the week. Anna is a Social Studies teacher and Michael owns a shoe store. Nicholas is a very active pre teen and loves sports.

To our future stork, We would love for you to be a part of our family and gives us the best gift ever. We are looking for a surrogate that is 22-32, lives preferably on the east coast, and is open to a communicative relationship. We hope to build a relationship where in the future we would have visits and yearly updates.
