Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have had a 10 year battle with fertility treatment. We have had some glimpses of hope only to be crushed with sadness and disappointment . Each time a treatment has not worked for us we come back stronger and more determined. We know we are now ready to try surrogacy , we are a little nervous but trust that this is our chance of happiness.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a happy and loving couple who have been together for 20 years. We have a happy home and a large and caring extended family. We are educated and have had great careers and have travelled. Our child is all that is missing from our lives and we seek someone very special to help us make our dreams come true.

Our passage through the fertility services has been long and at times heartbreaking and for you to even consider helping us in this next hopeful step on our journey to becoming a family lifts a cloud from our skyline.
