Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Due to severe endometriosis, in April *** I had to get a partial hysterectomy.I also had my cervix removed due to abnormal cells on my cervix.I am only 28 years old to this was truly hard for me.My then boyfriend supported me through it all and went on to marry me in May *** husband is a U.S.Marine, a Afghanistan veteran, a awesome husband and a wonderful stepdad but he has no children of his own.Recently we have decided to have a little one of our own.He is so excited.He is already picking out baby names. He deserves it more than anything to have a little one of his own because of how great he is to me and my children from a previous relationship.

I am sweet and loving person.I have a strong love for my children.I am a people person and always can put a smile on someone's face.I love enjoying life and always make God first in my life.
