Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I have 3 grown children.In *** I had to have a complete hysterectomy due to having endometriosis and I’m unable to have anymore children.My husband and I were married *** and he has no children and wants nothing more than to be a father.We would love to be able to become parents using a surrogate.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I am 44 and my husband is 40.I have 3 grown children from my previous marriage.I work for a major oil & gas company and am also in school full time about 1/2 way to receiving my degree in marketing management.My husband is in school getting his masters in business administration, has a major in finance and a minor in accounting.He is a small business owner, and loves to write / sing traditional country songs when he has time.

Dear Potential Surrogate, We would like nothing more than to share our love with a baby.We have both been married before and through a lot in our lives.In *** we met online and built a long-distance relationship for 2 1/2 years before I moved to OK to be closer to him.We are now married and would love to start a family of our own.He is from a small town, growing up on a ranch in NE OK where his family still is.We are planning to build on the property soon as well.I am currently in school getting my degree in marketing management and working full time at an oil & gas company.My husband has a major in finance, a minor in accounting and is in his last semester getting his master in business administration.He owns and operates a small business.Please let us know if you have any questions for us.We’d be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
