Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I had my tubes tied after my last son and they used the Essure. I was unaware that it was made with nickel and am allergic to nickel. So my tubes got removed.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
I am 33. My husband and I have been married for almost 3 years. I have children and he does not. We are hoping to have a child in the very near future. My husband works in construction and I work in the medical field in a sense. I manage a DME store and do.everything from customer service to clerical to insurance.

Dear Future Surrogate, We are looking for an HONEST woman to have open communication with us. Honesty is key as we have recently dealt with a surrogate who we paid and then she stopped all contact. Non smoker. At this point I am very heartbroken and torn from what we have dealt with. I am hoping we can eventually find a way to make.our dream come true.
