Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

WE NEED YOUR HELP This has literally caused more grief, heartbreak and misery than I can stand; and I would do anything in the world to have a baby. Now Kelly and I have no choice but to hire a surrogate mother to carry our baby. We need one immediately. PLEASE GIVE US THE GIFT OF LIFE Your support would mean the world to us. You will literally be bringing light and life to the world, and you will literally be fulfilling the overwhelming need that I have to be a Dad and see Kelly be a Mom. There are no words to express just how grateful we would be for your support; but we will spend the rest of our lives showing each and every one of you how grateful we are. Your donations would be creating life in every sense of the word.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

OUR BACKSTORY Kelly and I have been desperately attempting to have a baby for many years. During her reproductive years, she had an autoimmune disease which kept her from getting pregnant. OUR DREAMS By the time the disease went into remission; she was almost to the end of her childbearing years and couldn't get pregnant naturally. We created 3 live embryos 2 1/2 years ago. CRUSHED HOPES & DESPAIR Since that time, we have been trying to get Kelly's body ready to accept them and carry our baby. However, polyps were found in her uterus, preventing her from being able to carry. After a D & C procedure, Kelly was still unable to carry an embryo. The drugs made her so sick that we had to stop them because it was about to cause her autoimmune disease to return.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

Please help us. We have spent years wanting nothing more than to have this baby. We will do anything that we have to do to make this happen. We would be the most grateful people in the world for anyone that would act as our surrogate mother. I just simply can't imagine going through any more of life without having a child.
