Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I want to become a father and we want to have our own child to love and care for. Seeing friends and family settle down and become parents themselves has been a pleasure to watch but equally an envious experience. We have several god children, but the time is now perfect for us to begin planning our own parental journey. Having our own child would really be the best gift possible. We have researched the options available and are fully aware of risks and challenges this process may hold.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a married gay couple who are seeking a surrogate mother BASED IN THE UK and a possible egg donor. We are currently at the start of our journey and are considering all our viable options. I (Michael) would be the biological father and we are very exciting at the prospect of becoming parents. Wes already has a daughter from his first marriage, Wes has a very good relationship with his ex wife and we have his daughter every other weekend.

Thank you for taking time to read our profile. If you haven't guessed it already Wes and I (Michael) are a married gay couple who are seeking to become parents to our own child. We hope you are the first step into making our dreams a reality and offering us the chance to experience becoming new parents. We are a professional couple whom have a real desire to have our own child, to love, care for and to provide a lifetime full of laughter, love and happiness. We live in Birmingham and work in London, but are prepared to travel to get to know our potential surrogate, as we're not originally from London we are regularly on the motorway travelling to see family and friends up' North. We are no stranger to parenting, Wes has a 10 year old daughter who stays with us every other weekend. Our time with her is spent, enjoying the various parks close to our home near Richmond, bike rides, holidays abroad, endless homework and generally entertaining an energetic young girl! (We're experts at playing shop-keepers, Cafe owners, beauty salons, restaurants and can plait hair beautifully! - there is no end to our talents!) We are regularly entertained by her dance and singing shows in our lounge - which you're welcome to see and experience. Ideally we're looking for a Surrogate who is a non smoker, who is prepared to undergo IVF via a reputable fertility clinic. Ideally you would of already had your own family. We have not yet chosen a clinic as this depends on the location of our surrogate and our egg donor. If this is you we'd love to hear from you and get to know you a little better as we value the importance of building a friendship to someone who will potentially chance our lives forever.
