Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My husband and I have undertaken egg donation ivf many times, as I went through premature menopause due to Turners syndrome that was diagnosed at that same time. We have had 6 early miscarriages through these ivf all between 5-7 weeks.I went for further testing at a miscarriage clinic after 4 miscarriages and diagnosed with anti phospholipid syndrome as the cause finding anti lupus antibodies and ana antibodies, for ivf i was prescribed clexane, aspirin and predisolone for the last two ivf’s cycle this still didn’t help with continuing the pregnancy further. We are really looking for a chance to become parents.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Were a loving couple who’ve been married since *** longing to start a family since marriage.We love travelling to different places, also interested in science especially forensics.Passion for historical places as well. I’ve always been hard working first job at age of 11, like to consider myself a bit of an entrepreneur running several businesses at the same time.My husband is training as an chartered accountant. I try my hardest to take care of my mum who’s now visually impaired with mobility issues.Family means a lot to both me and my husband.

Dear, potential surrogate mother We have wanted a little one for so long now I can’t imagine never being a parent.Losing 6 babies like we have It’s so hard to have gone through that and not lose all hope.You have brought that hope back to us and for this I thank you so much. Even if you don’t choose us to go ahead with surrogacy.I think your a pretty awesome, selfless kind person for considering doing this. Thank you
