Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
My number one goal in life is to be a mom. Sadly, at age 30 I became one of the rare cases that has the disseminated form of Valley Fever, which turned into the meningitis form. Because of this, my doctor has let me know that if I were to get pregnant, my Valley Fever would come back, and either be fatal this time, or the medication that they would put me on place me at high risk for kidney failure if I were to be treated for the disseminated Valley Fever.

Hello, my name is Lydia, and I live in Phoenix, AZ. My husband Dave and I, who have been married for over 7 years, are looking for a surrogate for a loved one in our life. I am 33 years old, my husband is 46 years old, and we have not been able to get pregnant. I would describe myself and my husband as very loving, positive, and optimistic despite the health struggles that have incurred along the way.

Dear future surrogate, Thank you for giving our would-be family the gift of life. We are seeking a gestational carrier between the ages 21-39 years old to match independently and transfer 1-2 embryos to those living in Surrogate friendly state. The most important thing is that the person's heart is in the right place. We are looking for someone who has given birth to at least one child with an uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery, is a non-smoker and drug free, as well as not being on medications that might potentially harm pregnancy, live in a stable home environment, may be married or single, and have a good support system. We prefer someone living in the southwest, particularly California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, or Texas if possible. We are hoping for a gestational carrier with health insurance without surrogacy exclusion, but are more than okay purchasing a marketplace policy. We will cover all travel expenses, have clothing allowance, pay for any lost wages or childcare if on bed-rest, and good compensation.
