o Whom It May Concern I am wiritng to your organization in regard to your services and your assistance in getting information on where I can find a reputable organizaton that employs or can provide a midwife. I am a retired american expat 54, lawyer, living perhaps permanently in Dumaguete now. I have been able to have 2 children in the past , but they are grown audlts and living in American I am interested in learning about how I can use your services for a surrogate to carry a child with my sperm. i live on a fixed income each month for the rest of my life, and I love to raise a child here in the Phillpines. I am a repsonsible , clean and dedicated father, I dont care what the sex of the baby is, I would raise it myself or with my girlfriend one day. I can provide residence for a surrogate and hospital care if needed as the hospitals here in Dumaguete are good. I want to have Filipino children and I want a reputable agency to provide me with a good turstworthy surrogate match.
