Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

My wife already had two grown children and did not want any more children. We had an agreement to adopt a child after we married but after the first adoption agency defaulted, my wife stated she wanted no more contact with agencies. Besides she had numerous health problems, that I constantly helped her deal with and after a 5 year battle with her infirmities she finally passed away. Therefore I continue with the quest to become a father.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Established successful Manager that was recently widowed. My wife of 16 years passed but was 14 years older than me and never conceived.

The fact is that at this time in your life you need some assistance and are also ready to assist in any way you can towards helping other people. I am ready to provide that help you need so you can move forward with your life in a positive manner.
