Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

have done IVF for the past 7 years over 12 attempts all unsuccessful. the last 3 were with donor eggs. Recently underwent surgery and was advised that a pregnancy would not be possible due to severe complications and recommended surrogacy if we wanted to pursue our dream of having a family.

We are a humble couple blessed to have each other in our lives and friends and family who loves us very much. We have tried so hard over the last 7 years to have a family of our own but we haven't been fortunate so far. Recently we were dealt with the news that I was facing severe complications that prevented me from carrying a pregnancy and that our only option would be to find a surrogate. If you think that you could grant us this wish and make us a family we would be so ever grateful. Thank you.
