Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
In *** I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis. I was able to conceive in *** and gave birth in *** after a high risk pregnancy. Shortly after birth complications arose again and it was recommended that I proceed with a sterilization procedure and endometrial ablation with the plans of a hysterectomy in the future. To date I have avoided the hysterectomy but with the ablation, pregnancy is not possible.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
Matt and I are a fun loving couple who are raising our 14 year old daughter, Des. Matt came into Des' life later and has become a dad that she never had. I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis in *** and was unexpectedly able to carry Des almost to term but after birth was advised that it was unsafe to do so again in the future. I proceeded with an endometrial ablation which gave a more normal quality of life. Together, we have dreams of expanding our family with more children. We love life and have been very fortunate to explore deep sea fishing, travel, and many other fun aspects of each day.

We are so blessed to be on this journey as a family and are praying that the right woman comes into our life. Another child is something that our whole family is in agreement on and this child has been prayed for every day already. Matt is an incredible dad to a child that he met later in her life and we have dreamed of expanding our family since we met.
