Hi! We are intended parents from New Jersey. My husband, Drew, and I have been together for over 12 years and married for over 5 years. We live with our 3-year-old dog, Charlie. We love family time, working on DIY projects, making a big pancake breakfast, and taking Charlie to the dog park. We have been trying to have a child ever since we got married. After years of fertility workup, several IUIs and 2 rounds of IVF, we were advised we would need a surrogate to carry our child. I was diagnosed with complex endometrial hyperplasia and unfortunately have issues thickening my uterine lining. Luckily, we were able to create many PGD tested embryos through the IVF process. We cannot wait to meet the person who can help us finally become parents. We are looking to have opened communication with our GC during the pregnancy and be available for support. We would love to find someone a few hours driving distance from New Jersey so we can attend some of the doctor’s appointments but realize our perfect match may be a bit further away and so we are opened to travel if needed. We plan for single embryo transfers and are pro-choice for significant medical issues. We are looking to start our journey ASAP.
