Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We are a gay couple. We can't have a child in the natural way though we think there's still hope for our dream to have a family.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Im in my mid30s and i've been wanting to have my own child for a long time now. I have a partner who i love so much, and as a matter of fact just last year, i proposed to him. He said yes, and while waking up with him every day is the most wonderful thing in life, i feel that there's a place between us that we could still fill - a child who we can raise and surround with love. We are ready to be parents, we have been living our lives taking care of our family members. We deserve to have our own family.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

To the surrogate mother: my partner and i are so looking forward to meeting you. I imagine that you're someone who values and loves your family, and i think that's one thing we have in common. The fact that you're here just shows how much of a good person you are. You are willing to help people like us. You must have a really good reason for being committed to doing this. We also have a good reason for this, we want a home and own child where we can come home to. We have been spending our lives working and working and at times i question what we're working so hard for, aside from being able to support our family members. To the egg donor: Just recently, my partner and i received some guests at home. They were special guests because it was my bestfriend and her wife and 1yr old baby. While they were around, i saw how happy my partner was. He was carrying the baby, playing with him, talking to him even if the baby surely doesnt understand. And it made me realise how much we want this. My partner and i love each other that we are now in a stage where we want to extend this love. I hope someday, we can have our own, one we can look after and love. If it's not too much to ask, please let us have a piece of yourself. We'll take care of it and will love it in the same way you do love your own kids.
