Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

For 4 years we were unable to conceive and were going through fertility treatment and then due to medical reasons I was advised that I am not allowed conceive, as having a baby would put to much pressure on my heart which could be be fatal

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Myself and my husband are a fun-loving, kind, honest, active and a hardworking couple

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

Unfortunately as you know we are not in a position to have our own children but know that there is someone out there that hopefully will be able to help. We are looking for someone who is similar to ourselves, is definitely non smoker and enjoys life, but takes care and looks after yourself at the same time. This is such massive thing to do for anyone and we totally appreciate that. Please be honest about your reasons for doing this in your reply.
