Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

With the help of our fertility MD we were able to secure 10 eight day embryos. They were sent to Boston for further sudies. Out of the 10 six came back as classified A+. We then had 2 unsuccessful IVF's The MD has determined that we are unable to have a child due to Ashley's issues. We have been actively working on our fertility issue for 10 years . I am 41 and Ashley is 40. We have so much to give to children. We would so very much love to expand our family.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My wife Ashley and myself are college graduates and professionally successful. Both of us are healthy and physically fit. We enjoy a variety of sports. We have warm loving families. We both have retired professional parents. Each of us have one sibling who have children. We are very close to our siblings as well as our neices and nephews. We are giving loving people, with a good sense of humor, and close supportive friends.

We are kind, giving and loving people. We so want to have children of our own. We have tried for over 10 years, with no success. We have a very close knit family. I know if we reach an agreement you willl find us to be supportive and always available to meet your needs but at the same time always protecting your privacy. Thank you for your desire to become a surrogate and helping an infertile couple, like us, realize their dream. It means so much.
