I'm single and don't have the time to find a woman to start a family. Made poor decisions about having a family when younger, and now that I look back on it I regret it and would like to start a family.

I'm a hardworking man who owns his own business and is a widower. I've owned my business for the last thirty years and am looking for a child to leave a legacy.

To Whom It May Concern, I'm willing to let you live free of charge your very own apartment for the pregnancy term. all expenses will be covered including food and doctors appointments. I live at the beach and would love the company. I'm willing to work out a price to pay the Surrogate mother for the pregnancy. I live on the bay in Ocean City, Maryland and own plenty of property for a child to run around and grow up on. I've owned rental properties and restaurants in OC for thirty years and have decided its time to settle down and raise a child of my own. I have recently became a widower and when we were together she never urged to have a child. Now that I'm getting older I have the means to raise a child to be responsible and never want for anything including my love, time, and affection. Good education will be provided guaranteed. The child will be my legacy and will hopefully take over my business and property.
