Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We are also the parents of one angel baby, a son named Jericho, who passed away after I developed preeclampsia at 26 weeks and have to have an emergency c-section. Because of how early I had preeclampsia in my pregnancy, there is a high risk that I would develop it again, resulting in another premature delivery by c-section. I have a couple other medical issues that also make pregnancy a high risk, so it's unwise for me to risk it again.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I have known each other than sixth grade. We are high school sweethearts who married almost three years ago and have made our home in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We are fun, weird, faith-oriented, and both from very close-knit families who live nearby. Ethan works as an operating room technician at a local hospital, and I work as a library assistant while studying to get my masters degree in Library and Information Science. We have a dog, two cats, and recently moved into our very own house in a small, quiet neighborhood.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

We were and always will grieve over the traumatic loss of our son, but we are also still so immensely hopeful to become parents. All we can say is thank you for your incredible physical, mental, and emotional sacrifice.
