Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

As a gay couple we unfortunately don't have the luxury of just having the ability to get pregnant, any process we take it going to be long. Adoption is an option considered but we would both like to be parents from birth.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Hi I am Michael, the one with the glasses in the picture. The other man is my partner, David. He is 28 and I am 22. We are both very outgoing, active people with good personalities. I am a deputy manager for a care home and David works as a store manager, we are in stable, secure jobs. We live with our cat, Ben and dog, Sam who are very used to children as I have two younger brothers who are 1 and 2 years old.
