Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I was diagnosed with severe endometriosis at 26 years old. In the following fourteen months, i underwent treatment and three surgeries, which concluded with a total hysterectomy. I have tried adopting two times, both which failed. I would like to try once more before giving up.
