Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

After trying for more than four years, our heartbreaking reality is that the clock is ticking and neither one of us is getting younger. We’ve worked with infertility specialists and, to date, have not had the privilege of pregnancy. We’d like to try surrogacy before pursuing other options.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a sweet, loving, intellectual couple with one desire: the addition of a baby. Our home is full of love and affection (and spoiled pets). Andy, 40, has worked in parks and recreation for years. He loves sports, activity and health. Nikki, 32, does non-profit media relations and photography. She also loves sports and remaining active. The couple has amazing friends and family they spend time with on a regular basis.

Dear Potential Surrogate: We truly appreciate your kindness and unselfishness taking steps to assist us, and other couples, in becoming parents. You are willing to provide us something we, unfortunately, cannot give ourselves. We are looking for a surrogate that is mature, active and enjoys a healthy lifestyle (this means a non-smoker, no illegal or recreational drug use and no alcohol) to ensure our child is given a great, healthy start to life. Someone dedicated to doctor appointments and health exams and will keep us involved throughout the entire pregnancy. We look forward to the opportunity of meeting with and learning more about you.
