Serious inquiries only as I already have a Ugandan attorney and doctor. Potential Surrogates must have National ID, be able to sign legal contracts, unmarried, unattached, disease free, non smoker, non drug user, no criminal record in good health and able to carry a baby to delivery and possibly nurse for one year. Surrogate will receive medical care, a monthly allowance and a lump sum payment after delivery of baby, registration of parentage and custody documentation.
