Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
My doctors found out that my uterus is almost ruptured. They think that it happened during the delivery and told we lucked out that I and my baby did not die... So no pregnancy for me ever again. We really want three children. Our baby girl loves small babies. She hugs and kisses whenever she can. We want her to have siblings.

We are a married couple living in Boston area. We have a beautiful girl, who is 22months old and she is the center of our universe. I am 40 years old. I have a small business of remodeling houses. My husband is 39 yrs old and works for a publishing company. We met back in graduate school about 13 years ago. We had been best friends for a long time, married for three years and got a beautiful baby right away. We wanted to have another when our baby turned 18months old but it did not work like the first time. My doctor found out that I have some defect in my uterus... We had a surrogate ready last month but she changed her mind after her psychological session. She said that she never thought about some issues that the counselor asked and realized that it was not the right time for her to be a surrogate. We were devastated because we thought we found a perfect surrogate.... We are all ready to go and want to proceed right away.
