Well, I know when I tell most people about why I can't carry my own child I actually think they're sad about my case. When you're a woman having your child is something that defines you in a way (but it doesn't make me less of a woman). I have Lupus and I have developed pulmonary hypertension so that has made it a high risk pregnancy that can lead to death. The doctors advised me surrogacy is my best route. So, it's my journey now to find that person who will carry that part of me...
