Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I am a recent early stage breast cancer survivor with an excellent prognosis! However, my cancer was hormone receptive causing me to be on medication for the next 5 years that will prevent a healthy pregnancy. We were trying for a family when I was diagnosed, so we proceeded to freeze embryos prior to my treatment and are now looking for a healthy, loving Gestational Carrier for them.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a very happily married couple coming up on our 12 year anniversary. We are both in our 30s and are a very loving couple with strong Christian faith. My husband is an elementary school principal and I am an interior designer. We love children and are excited to begin our family.

Dear Potential Surrogate: We truly appreciate your unselfish kindness in assisting us, and other couples, in becoming parents. Your willingness to provide this opportunity is truly a blessing. We are looking for a candidate who is mature, optimistic, active and health conscious (healthy diet, non-smoker, no drug use, & no alcohol abuse), to ensure our child is given the best possible, healthy start to life. Someone with a stable home life that is dedicated to all necessary doctors appointments, health exams, and will keep us involved throughout the entire pregnancy & delivery.
