Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Not long after we got married I found out I had uterine cancer. So I had to have my uterus removed but was able to keep my ovaries. I am in great health and nothing spread.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I are the average husband and wife. I am very outgoing and energetic. My husband is not as much which I think makes us the perfect match. It took us a while to find each other but he was well worth the wait!

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

My husband and I were devastated with the news of my cancer...knowing I wouldn't be able to carry a child. Our family and friends were just as hurt because they (and we) feel that we'd be great parents. We have nephews and god children that mean the world to us and can't imagine not having a child of our own. We have taken the necessary tests and steps at our local fertility doctor, but really just need to find someone that we feel comfortable with doing IVF with to carry our child. We hope to find her here.
