Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Our first child was born in *** I had an unplanned C-section and then required an emergency hysterectomy (partial).We used a PGS tested embryo to transfer to our first surrogate in *** our daughter was born in *** first surrogate developed PP preeclampsia and was not cleared for any further pregnancies.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I live in middle TN with our two kiddos.We met in *** married in *** work part time as an occupational therapist, my husband works full time as a CPA. We both love to be outside, either on our deck watching our chickens or hiking.I teach workout classes a few times a week, and Buck is an avid woodworker.When we first got married we said we wanted a big family and initially after our son was born so traumatically, it didn't seem possible.But, we took a breath, regrouped, and jumped into the world of surrogacy.We can't wait to add on to our sweet, crazy team!

My husband and I are IPs ready to start our second journey.We have two children, almost 6 and 2.5.I gave birth to our son via unplanned C-section and subsequent emergency hysterectomy.Our daughter was born via GS in *** in TX.Our awesome surrogate developed PP preeclampsia and was told she shouldn’t complete any more pregnancies.We have two high grade embryos waiting for us and we are anxious to see them. We are looking for a GS who has completed at least one journey as we are hoping to do this without an agency.Other things we are looking for in our GS: -surro friendly insurance (though not a deal breaker) -non-smoker -supportive family -no term unless life threatening to her -open lines of communication -willing to pump for at least 6 weeks (or build up a supply to last 6 weeks) We live about 20 minutes north of Nashville.Our last GS was 14 hours away, so we are hoping to find someone a little closer this time.😊 In the past we worked with Nashville Fertility Center.Looking forward to making connections and finding our next hero! ❤️
