Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We are a fun and loving family of three but my wife and I have been trying to have a sibling for our only child who is due to turn 7 this year. We have had a number of failed attempts at IVF over the years and have one frozen embryo left which we don’t want to give up on, but are at the point now that we need to seek help from a surrogate. We believe everything happens for a reason and hope that surrogacy will help us complete our family in a way that can bring happiness to everyone involved.
