Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

The last year has seen so many changes take place in our world that I've now began to think of the future. I have been single most of my life and have always hoped I would meet the right person before starting a family. I am turning 40 this year and although I am still on the look out for Mr Right I am ready to start a family of my own. I have spent year travelling and seeing the world but I have settled now and put down roots back home in Co Monaghan in Ireland where I grew up. Having a child of my own would make life a lot more complete and also make the future a lot brighter.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

Educated, well travelled with a kind and caring heart. I have a strong love for plants and animals which are a big part of my business and farm life. I love reading, art, Opera, classical music, movies old & new, being outdoors as much as possible and making the most of what life has to offer.

Dear Surrogate, It's hard to know what to say but let me start with thank you. Thank you for making my dream of being a parent come true, thank you for helping me extend my family and thank you for giving me a beautiful child of my own who will make me smile every day for the rest of my life....
