Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

It has always been a dream for us to start a family together and have our own kids. To us family is not a thing, it is everything. This is one of the main reasons I came to Canada 10 years ago - For the friendly environment, the freedom and the chance to start a family here.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My Partner Chris and I have been together for more than 5 years, we both work and live in Ottawa, I work in tech and Chris works for the Gov. We are pretty active, we enjoy ski in the winter and hike in the summer.

We want to make sure our surrogate will be very well supported and would like to build a good relationship through this process. We would be very grateful to this extraordinary woman who will help us to make our family full and bring us the future we are looking for.
