Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have been actively trying to start our family for several years with many set backs. We feel at this time the best option for us to start the family we so long for is through surrogacy . We are currently working with a fertility clinic in Manhattan. So would need a donor close to that area or willing to travel.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a very happy loving couple married for 11 years, we are both are very compassionate and caring, Well educated, stably employed. We are actively involved in our church. We love animals and enjoy the outdoors and traveling.

We tried for many years to build a family on our own, but were unable to conceive, 3 years ago due to cancer I had to have a complete hysterectomy. I am fine now. We cannot imagine our lives without a child and are looking for someone to give us the greatest gift, a complete family.
