Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
We are seeking a gestational surrogate to help us start a family. Due to an unexpected medical condition, I am unable to carry a child; however, we do not want that to stop us from bringing a child into this world and becoming loving parents.
How would you best describe yourself(s):
We do not have any children, yet we are confident that we are in a place in our lives to offer a loving home. Both of us work in public service and education, caring for children every day so we believe we bring the knowledge and self-awareness necessary to raise an emotionally healthy child. In addition, we bring financial and employment stability to support a growing family's needs.
