Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
Michael grew up with a large extended family with lots of aunts, uncles and cousins. He has one younger brother. Shawn is the youngest of 5 children and has been an uncle since the age of 10! All of his older siblings have been married with children and now it is his time to add even more love to our ever growing family. We already have an egg donor, so we are preferably looking for a GESTATIONAL carrier, but would be open to a traditional carrier with the right person.

My name is Shelby and I am 20 years old. I live in Indiana with my husband and our 14-month-old son. I am a midwifery student at Midwives College of Utah. I want the parents to be as involved in the pregnancy and birth process as they want. I am willing to donate my breast milk for the child at the parent's request. I am also open to keeping in contact with the family at the parent's request. I only desire to be a gestational surrogate who receives one embryo during a transfer.
