Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We started trying to get pregnant about 12 years ago. We have been in infertility treatments for over 6 years. I have not been able to get pregnant during those years except for 1 pregnancy which we lost in the second trimester. :(

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My handsome husband and I have been married for 15 years. We are both Canadian and met when we were teenagers, but have been leaving in PR for most of our adult life. We always planned to have a couple kids and then adopt to have a big family. But we have been unable to get pregnant ourselves.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

My husband and I have a solid and happy marriage, we have dozens of nieces and nephews, we love hanging out with our friends kids, and have been trusted enough to be asked to be the legal guardian to 5 other children from 4 different families in case of emergency. We want to be parents and will continue to try to start our family and meet our child someday.
