Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have trying to conceive for 2 years. I have PCOS with 40 follicles in one Overy and 50 in the other. I have had a year of treatment without any ovulation yet. I'm worried I will never produce an egg or the treatment becomes to much for me to handle. Martin has a daughter that's 13 all of his tests have come back normal.

I would like to introduce ourselves I'm Tamsin 31 from Cornwall, I work as a support worker for a young lady. We have been to so many amazing places together and have had so much fun over the years. She is like my younger sister. I also have a bath bomb shop in my local town, a little side hustle to help me mentally deal with fertility treatment. I am fun, loving and enjoy spending time with my family. I have two nices that are my world, I protect them like I'm a mum, treat them when I shouldn't and are there when they need picking up. I'm the cool auntie that takes them on holidays, and see bands. Martin my partner is 38 he has a daughter that's 13 he is a builder which is handy at times. Martin comes from a small family his brothers wife and one of his aunties haven't been able to have kids and undstands how that feels and what it's like. Martin plays football on the weekend and is now the local teams football manager. He thinks he is the manager of Liverpool how much he goes on about it, but he enjoys it and it keeps him happy. We would love to start a family we met 4 years ago in June. I had my implant removed 2 years after to start a family. I knew something was wrong from a month of having it removed. We have a flat together with a spare room, we have a family car, we have a cot and baby clothes. I did everything to prepare for a baby before I had my implant removed. Now we are ready but with no baby.
