Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
I am the proud mother of 4 girls, we went through IVF, I was in the hospital for 2 months with our twins. Our daughter passed away while I was having an ultrasound, she had to stay inside deceased so that our son would have a chance at life, he had Hypoplastic left heart syndrome so he had to be at weight in order to have surgery when born. He was born Christmas eve, we buried her, and he had 3 heart surgeries, however his little body could not hold out so he went home to be with Jesus and his sister. We tried 3 other rounds of IVF and nothing worked. We just know that we can never replace our babies but we have so much love to give a baby and just want to look into surrogacy and see if it is for us.

I am a wife and the mother of 4 daughters who are my world. I am just looking into the surrogate idea. I am currently in my masters degree and work at a hospital and I am a student teacher. I am a Christian and enjoy spending time with my family .
