Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have several tested and healthy embryos frozen in San Diego and want to proceed with a sibling journey as soon as possible to complete our family. We are planning to transfer two embryos as both Dennis and I always dreamt of having three children.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are an outgoing couple and also now with our first son we love to travel, meet friends and family and be active. We value family highly and have a big family in Germany and Brazil, some family across the US as well. We do consider several of our close friends to be family, too as we would also like to have a strong bond with the potential surrogate for our further children.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

With our first surrogate, we allowed for six months prior to attempting the first transfer. This was planned to be a "get to know each other" phase and we are so happy we allowed for this. Now we are very close even though we live an ocean apart we chat weekly, skype often and see each other when travel plans align. A long time where we get to know each other through messenger and online prior to officially matching and attempting a transfer really is essential in our eyes to build a strong foundation of trust to go through pregnancy and delivery. We'd love to be completely open about the whole process, this would be our ideal scenario. We'll work on getting our family and yours to connect, to be open and honest about the whole journey and to stay in touch afterwards as much as possible. We'd love to be involved and supportive also during pregnancy if that is intended, we know and value that many decisions are your choice. As we're Germans, we have no issue with being open and direct.
