Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Hi my husband and I have been on an eight year journey to parenthood. We started the journey trying to conceive naturally finding out it wasn’t possible after lots of testing I am not able to become pregnant. We then started the IVF process with two egg retrievals and two transfers with myself and both unfortunately did not work out. We then decided to switch doctors and are very lucky to now be working with one of the best fertility doctors. We completed one round of egg retrieval at the age of 38 and where able to get two good quality embryos. Around this time I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease and our doctor advised that it would be dangerous for myself to attempt the transfer and to get pregnant due to possible seizers. Our doctor went over our options and we decided to try the surrogate route. We connected with a surrogate and she was lovely and very helpful with everything. We completed two transfers with our 38 year old embryos and where unsuccessful. Now that our embryos where gone a very good friend she is 25 years old age of the egg is very important I have learned through this process very graciously offered to donate her eggs to us it was a record breaking 50 eggs that they retrieved from her. We had them combined with my husbands specimen and 30 embryos survived. We connected with the same surrogate and completed two transfers one embryo each transfer and they where both unsuccessful. We have 28 embryos remaining and are not giving up hope. We are now reaching out hoping to complete our long journey to parenthood. It has been a long road but we are both hoping the end of the road is around the corner. Thank You for considering us Raul and Rebeca

How would you best describe yourself(s):

My husband and I have been together 26 years we love to travel, take walks at the beach and enjoy life. We are both outgoing friendly and love to be around people.
