Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We have been battling infertility for over 8 years. We have been the miscarriages and most a recent a lost of a 27 weeker after 41 days. My last pregnancy was very complicated and I had a massive postpartum hemorrhage. We have 7 embryos already created

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a blended family of four. My husband and I have been together for 14 years and married for 8. When we met we both had a one year old. We live in Farmington Michigan with our two teenagers. We do not have a child together and desperately would love one. We like to travel, watch movies, binge watch shows, and hang out with friends. I am a neonatal nurse practitioner and my husband is a real estate agent.

Use this space to communicate a letter to potential Surrogates/Donors:

Dear Surrogate, I wasn’t to first and foremost thank you for deciding to help a family in need. Many people take having a baby for granted but after all my family has been through we appreciate what you are doing. We are looking for a surrogate who would allow us to be apart of the pregnancy as much as a possible. We would like someone who is financially stable and is willing to give birth in a hospital.
