Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

We did several tries at in vitro. I successfully got pregnant but unfortunately couldn't carry the babies to term. I have since then found out that I carry a gene that makes it virtually impossible to carry a pregnancy full term. Husband doesn't want to adopt, so this is our only chance to have the family that we both so desperately want.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a stable, loving couple that have struggled with infertility for all of our 19 years of marriage. He is a manager at an aerospace company and I am a stay at home mom (without children to stay at home with!)

I am a loving, giving person and would do this for someone else if I could! The selfless act that you are doing will complete our family and our lives! Thank you so much for reading this and considering us!
