Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:
we want a second child and my wife went through many issues endometriosis causing hydrosalpinx, then 3 laparoscopies to remove polyps and 6 IVF cycles of which 3rd cycle gave us our little one. Another 3 cycles produced 2 fertilised eggs but covid closed down IVF clinics and later she got thyroid cancer followed by 2 surgeries and radiotherapy after which she waited 6 months and now both fetilised embryos failed. now she has reached early menopause so we want to take eggs from a relative egg donor and since she has uterus issues we would like to ask a surrogate to help us create a second child as our little one wants a younger sibling
