Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I suffer from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Adenomyosis, therefore we have had trouble conceiving. We managed to conceive before Xmas 2020 but learned two weeks later that I had suffered an early miscarriage.

We have looked into different routes to be able to be have children together, as well as all necessary tests, which shows egg and sperm counts are all good. So we are looking for a gestational surrogate to fulfil our wish of becoming a family.
