Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

Unfortunately the road we have been travelling has not been easy due to major surgery in *** resulting in having to embark in IVF.Previous IVF has not been successful and we have been advised by our medics to pursue surrogacy due to carrying/uterus issues.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

We are a happily married couple of 12 years who have been trying for children for some 7 years.We are a loving and caring couple who wish to have a child.We are honest, dependable, kind natured and easy going.We can offer a secure and safe environment for a child and wish to have a family unit.

Dear Surrogate Mother Unfortunately we are not able to carry a child and complete our journey of some seven years which has been at times a difficult process with surgery / IVF treatments etc.We have our own embryos frozen and have been advised by medics that Surrogacy is our only option.If you are willing to help us in this we should be ever so grateful.As they say, so nearly there and yet still so far...despite this we remain upbeat and optimistic.We do hope to hear from you.
