Explain your reasons for wanting a surrogate/donor:

I am a single mother, on purpose. I went through infertility treatments using donated sperm in my early 40"s. I have a beautiful baby girl. I still have frozen embryo and want one more child to make my family complete. My intention was to carry my own baby and have my embryo implanted, however my body did everything it could to terminate my last pregnancy. Thank goodness my strong will and nature was passed to my unborn baby. I delivered at 27 weeks. My daughter is such a persistent strong person...she overcame her challenges as a preemie and is a healthy little girl. I will not put another baby through what I put my little girl through. So, I need someone to carry my baby who is waiting to be born. I work in healthcare. I work 3 days and am off for 4 days. My parents take care of my daughter on the 3 days I am working. I would be grateful for the opportunity to make 1 more addition to my family.

How would you best describe yourself(s):

I'm 44 yrs old. I keep myself healthy and active. I work in healthcare in the senior care industry. I love what I do, and work full time, 3 days a week. On the days I'm working, grandma and grandpa take care of my little one. At 40, I realized I was not getting any younger. I focused all my energy on my education and career. Then one day I realized I may be past the age of being able to have a family. I was newly single and not the type of person to have a baby with a friend or random man. I purchased sperm from a donor and was able to have my daughter. I am an outdoors and athletic type of person. So going on outings and exploring is something I value. Experiences and building memories is also important to me. I love animals, and am involved in the boxer rescue and dog rescues. I have a beautiful 10 yr old boxer girl who is so sweat and loving to my daughter. I'm the person who takes in the senior Boxer from the shelter who is going to be put to sleep due to his/her age. I give them a loving home, a fenced in back yard and love for the last part of their lives.

Please consider being a surrogate for me and my daughter. I know I'm not the norm, when it comes to a family. But, I wanted a family and didn't want the complications that come with having a baby with the "the wrong person". I have more to offer than most families with 2 parents. Please take the opportunity to find out who I am and everything I have to offer my children. Thank you.
